Present from British Ambassador to Latvia

On June 8 of this year, we received a wonderful present from the British Ambassador to Latvia, Keith Shannon, with a portrait of John Lewis Balfour, a house builder from Padure Manor, drawn by Charles Baugniet. This gift was delivered to me by Ruth Rajavejjabhisal, whom I regale with the Padure herbal tea mixture and told about the history of the manor and its owners.
