Padure Manor – Why invest?

Padure Manor is a pearl of classical architecture in Latvia, built at the beginning of the 19th century by Scottish merchant John Lewis Balfour

The manor is located only 7  km from Kuldiga and 50 km from Ventspils. There are many attractions nearby, attracting tourists. The manor has been preserved in its original form with authentic details, making it a unique cultural heritage site.

How to join?

Investors can become co-owners of Padure Manor by participating in the crowdfunding campaign. Investments provide privileges such as exclusive access to future events and dividends. The minimum investment amount is 388 euros.

Project development

The goal is to renovate the manor and rebuild it into a gourmet hotel, offering culinary master classes and thematic tours. It is planned to invest 1.5 million euros in ten phases in the project.

At this stage, the goal is to raise € 149,600 to install a groundwater heating boiler for the heat pump, create a heating system on the manor floor, and repair the Virza and Ivy rooms.
